Their specialist careers service now provides well over 14,000 people with free objective advice each year. They have devised a highly regarded educational programme to support the curriculum in schools and colleges and are actively involved with programmes designed to help disabled people, the unemployed and adult returners get a feel for working in the industry and support them into structured training programmes and suitable careers.
