FM have established relationships with many of the professional consultancy firms focused on the hospitality industry, some of whom are known to be specialists in particular areas, such as corporate finance, market surveys, valuations, restaurant and catering sectors, construction projects, tourism and macro economic analyses to name a few. All are able to provide a broad base of analytical and strategic advice, including independent business, property and market appraisals.

The users of this genre of service range from the direct management of the businesses to owners and investors in the sector. Often the consultancies are working for lenders in this industry requiring objective 3rd party advice or opinions on projected future performances.

The goal of the professional firms is to provide tangible and measurable value to their clients and these firms in turn often partner with FM Recruitment, for us to assist them in their own team building exercises by finding talented individuals with the education, experience and aptitude to be trained in professional consultancy.
